Individually we've built some of the UK's most spectacular festivals arenas, looked after some of the worlds biggest DJs and organised some of the most intricate live music events across the country... we've also partied at a few of them too! We know what makes an event special and want to share that experience with you.
With a combined 12 years in the festival and live events industry, our formidable management team are now looking to connect our extensive international DJ network with your club, bar, wedding or corporate event. We truly understand the time and effort that goes into creating a great show, so we're here take some of that pressure and make sure it’s the best it can be.
Our acts are all industry specialists at the top of their game and although still gigging and producing under various aliases globally, they’re professional hard grafters and eager to be playing out as much as possible.

Director Ollie Norman has a long history steeped in hospitality and event management. His early career was spent immersed in Soho’s fast growing restaurant scene as part of the integral team that started Polpo in Beak Street back in 2009. He then went on to manage various restaurants within the Polpo group as the company grew. Fast forward 6 years and Ollie decided to combine his passion for music and hospitality. After building a humble reputation as a music profiler curating playlists for bars, restaurants, hotels and retail, he turned his attention to live music events. Managing various departments within operations and production he quickly made a name for himself within the festival scene, working legendary shows such as Elrow, Snowbombing, Parklife, Bestival, Dimensions and Outlook to name a few. He also manages activations and events for big name brands such as Huawei, Barbour and Facebook.
After a harsh 2020 that saw his entire year’s work disappear in one fell swoop, Ollie decided to pool his resources and start The Good DJ Company in an effort to continue putting his events expertise to good use and offer a new avenue of opportunity to his incredible DJ network.
